Tem um poema do Fernando Pessoa que eu gosto muito,então resolvi postar a minha interpretação dele:

Para ser grande, sê inteiro: nada

Teu exagera ou exclui.

Sê todo em cada coisa. Põe quanto és

No mínimo que fazes.

Assim em cada lago a lua toda

Brilha, porque alta vive.

O poema passa a mensagem de que é necessário grande esforço e dedicação (“Ser inteiro”) para atingir o sucesso (“Ser grande”). Expressa também a idéia de que é necessário atingir alto patamar para ser reconhecido pelo todo (“Assim em cada lago a Lua toda Brilha, porque alta vive”), mas que é necessário ser racional para essa dedicação não se transformar numa obsessão destrutiva (“Teu exagera ou exclui”).
